My Grandmother had this chair as a little girl. She passed it down to Daddy and now she's given it to me! What a special gift!

mobility
Mommy never posted the milestone of crawling. I began crawling in November and have become quite good at getting anywhere I want to go. In late December I began pulling up to cruise on the furniture. Now I've taken it to the next level! Last week I took two steps from Daddy to Mommy! Three days ago I took ten steps across the playroom! I'm learning to keep my balance and make slow steady moves. Mommy captured a little on video. Enjoy!

MLK, Jr. holiday
Martin Luther King, Jr. holiday afforded Mommy a day off! Daddy had to go to work so Mommy and I spent a special day together. It began with fruit and a Handy Manny marathon!
After breakfast we played downstairs so Mommy could get some housework done. The unfortunate incident of the day was that I ate the band-aid that Mommy put on the finger that got smashed in the recliner. Dr. Waldo's nurse assured her that all is well and she would see it again in 24 to 48 hours. She knew I was fine because I heartily ate my chicken and pasta for lunch and took all my bottles for the day.
In the afternoon we played upstairs and I had so much fun that I skipped my afternoon nap!

boo boo
10 months
I am 10 months old! Mommy and Daddy can hardly believe how fast I'm growing up. I weigh 25lbs. and measure around 31 in. in length. I have learned to move quickly by crawling. I also love to pull up and walk around with the assistance of furniture or a parent. Maggie isn't keen on allowing me to use her for support. She does however enjoy opportunities for me to eat puffs! The newest development is my first tooth! I've struggled with teething for a couple of months and yesterday one of the bottom teeth broke through my gums. I'm getting to be such a big boy!
