boat ride

Last weekend I enjoyed my first boat ride on Lake Martin.

Granddaddy even let me drive! Cousin Taylor Jo enjoyed driving too!

Granddaddy hung a swing for me on the pavilion at the lake. I LOVE IT!

beach trip

We arrived at the beach just in time to change clothes and walk out onto the sand for the wedding. I wasn't too sure at first but I caught on quickly.

Mommy was too nervous for me to walk down by myself so she held my hand and kept me focused on the task at hand.

This is the wedding party. My Great Aunt Nita and "new" Great Uncle John are so thoughtful to think of including me!

Sunday morning we woke up early and started packing to enjoy a day on the beach.

I loved the sand!

I did NOT love the water! To be fair, it was REALLY cold!

We took a Hamiter family photos before we left to go home.

We tried to take a cute family photo of us walking down the beach, but at this point I was over it.

All in all, it was a great trip. Mommy and Daddy look forward to taking me back next year.
